Innovation & Strategy   
 

During my internship, I was challenged with identifying the challenges being faced by electric (commercial) product end-users when charging and find a solution.

I learned project planning, how to design an effective survey and how to properly conduct user interviews for research, data analysis and synthesizing, and how to collaborate with various teams in a corporate environment.
