UX Researcher & Designer.
I am a UX Researcher & Designer who thrives at the intersection of complex data and human behavior. With a B.S. in Human-Centered Computing from RIT, I don't just build interfaces; I investigate the "Why" behind the interaction.
From running moderated interviews to conducting statistical analysis in SPSS, I ensure every design decision is backed by evidence.
Iβve spearheaded cross-functional teams, improved mobile task completion rates, and managed multi-client projects for non-profits.
Currently based in Charlotte, NC, I am looking for full-time opportunities to solve problems with a research-first mindset!
Managing logistics and execution for usability testing cycles. Analyzing results to directly support design decisions. Building responsive sites in Figma/Wordpress and maintained frequent client communication to ensure project alignment.
Coordinated research logistics including scheduling and user interviews. Created comprehensive business cases for stakeholders. Developed an interactive EV ownerβs manual using Augmented Reality (AR) to enhance customer satisfaction.
Partnered with a start-up to redesign their core application. Utilized Design Thinking processes to plan, sketch, and prototype high-fidelity interfaces in Figma, executing final visual designs via FlutterFlow.
