Phase 1 Recap: The Core Engine
We didn't just redesign the UI; we rebuilt the experience to handle complex AI data processing. I focused on making the text analysis tool feel instantaneous and intuitive, establishing a design system that would later scale to enterprise levels.
Users & Admin
The Problem: Individual tools don't scale. To sell CogBias to organizations, we needed to move from a single-user view to a 'High-Level Oversight' model.
-
Administrative CRM Table Designed for speed and bulk actions. I prioritized data export features so admins could integrate findings into their own reporting.
-
Analytics Dashboard Visualizing bias trends over time using real-time data visualizations.
The Monetization Engine
A product is only as good as its sustainability. I designed two distinct conversion funnels: a seamless, self-serve Stripe integration for Lite users and a high-touch 'Enterprise Quick Link' to facilitate direct sales.
The Web Extension
The UX Challenge: "The biggest friction point for users was having to copy-paste text into a web app. The solution: Meet them where they already write."
Rephrase
Real-time AI feedback that helps users correct tone on the fly.
Growth Funnel
A 'Success' page after installation to educate users and a 'Feedback' page upon uninstallation to track churn reasons.
Design to Development Handoff
Because our team was lean (only two people), the hand-off had to be airtight. I developed a comprehensive component library and system behavior documentation, ensuring the developer could move from Figma to Code with zero ambiguity.
Small Team, Massive Scale.
By expanding CogBias into a cross-platform ecosystem, I successfully lowered the barrier to entry, transforming it from a standalone tool into a seamless, integrated workflow assistant.
